While you are an SMMC member, we manage information with regard to your membership status, choice of services and membership logs.

How do we use this information?

We use the contact information you provide us with to establish our service for you. We create and maintain other information such as membership account status, choice of membership discipline (e.g marshal, rescue, radio) and customer logs in the normal course of providing such a service.

SMMC may share customer information with selected partners/third parties, for example, to provide you with information about events that might be of interest to you or to enable you to take advantage of special partner programs. SMMC may also use membership information to provide members with system information or information about new or upgraded services.

SMMC disclaims any intention to censor, edit or engage in ongoing review or surveillance of communications stored on or transmitted through its facilities by members or others. SMMC will, however, review, delete or block access to communications that may harm SMMC, its members or third parties.
